The product uses aluminum housing wrapped with silicone protective sleeve, which is waterproof, dust-proof and shatter-resistant. Mini body design of the product makes it more convenient to carry and detect at any time.The product can meet the golden detection distance of 30 m.It is easy to align and suitable for most gas leakage situation.The product adopts our patented intelligent algorithm.It has features of high reliability,stable performance and no misinformation.

Operating principle: The product uses the characteristics of methane that it absorbs specific wavelength of laser, Tunable Diode Laser Absorption
Spectroscopy (TDLAS) and good monochromatic and modulated characteristics of semiconductor laser to realize analysis and detection of methane absorbing spectral line.
When the gas detector is working, the laser beam points to gas pipeline, process facilities,etc. It will reflect back scattered laser from the object. And the detector will receives the laser reflected back and measures its absorptivity to estimate whether there is leaking. System application:

We are the OSA and SFP transceiver manufacturer with more than 10 years experience. We have laser diode TO package factory in Jiaxing and optical device plant in Wuhan. We also have sales office in Shenzhen.
2.Can I have a sample order? What is your MOQ?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.We do not have MOQ,1 sample is also available.
3.How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
Usually,3-10 days after e-proof confirmed for sample making.
For mass production,usually 10-20 working days after advance payment received. More details will be discussed.
4.Could I use our own logo and label?
